Deep Roots in Change & Transformation

SK Leonard was founded by directors with deep roots in change and transformation consultancy and the operational management of large, complex organisations. That combination is rare. Most recruitment firms are built by recruiters. Most AI consultancies are built by technologists. We sit in the middle, and that is exactly where our clients need us.

We have spent careers helping organisations navigate the hardest part of any change: the human side. Workforce restructuring, technology adoption, operational transformation; we have led these programmes from the inside. We know what works, what fails, and why.

That experience now sits behind everything we do, whether we are finding an exceptional leader for a scaling business, or helping an SME make confident, informed decisions about where AI belongs in their operations.
