Most recruitment agencies treat candidates as inventory: profiles to be matched against vacancies and moved on. We work differently. Every person who registers with SK Leonard is given the same care and attention as the businesses we serve.
We invest time in understanding what you actually want, not just what's on your CV, and we'll only put you forward for roles we genuinely believe are right for you. That means fewer conversations, but better ones.
We also keep in touch. If you're not ready to move yet, we'll stay in your corner and reach out when something genuinely relevant comes up, not when we need to fill a role.
